Express/Air Freight: For urgent orders, we will use UPS, TNT, or air freight for fast delivery.
Sea Freight: For non-rush orders, we generally ship items by sea.
Free Shipping: We handle shipping, customs clearance, and delivery to your destination, and include import duties.
Damage: If a light fixture is damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge with no shipping fees and expedite production.
Packaging: All our lighting products are packed with foam and cardboard boxes. The foam has a density of 8 kg/m³. The cardboard boxes are made of 5-layer compressed extra-hard corrugated cardboard. For fragile items, we also provide wooden crates or full wooden box packaging. For oversized or heavy lighting products, we place them on pallets to facilitate forklift handling.
